I use an individualized approach that helps your teen communicate their thoughts and feelings, implement coping skills, and nurture relationships with peers and family.

Anxiety can cause your teen to feel on edge, irritable, and restless making it difficult for them to excel in the classroom, at home, and in their relationships. My goal is to help you're teen understand and control their emotions so they can go about their day with ease.
Depression can result in your teen feeling withdrawn, unmotivated, and hopeless resulting in problems in school, at home, and in their relationships. My goal is to help your teen work through negative thought patterns and feelings so they are able to enjoy each day.
Sometimes teens may want a setting that is more intimate and quiet, away from the noise and distractions. If so, an office session may be the best option for your child.
Online therapy, or tele heath services, are offered at this time to accommodate those who are wanting to have therapy from the comforts of their own home.
