My Approach
I specialize in helping teenagers and young adults (15-21) overcome feelings of anxiety and depression so that they are able to live their best life. I use an individualized approach that helps your teen communicate their thoughts and feelings, implement coping skills, and nurture relationships with peers and family.

Teen Anxiety
Anxiety can cause your teen to feel on edge, irritable, and restless making it difficult for them to excel in the classroom, at home, and in their relationships. My goal is to help you're teen understand and control their emotions so they can go about their day with ease.
Teen Depression
Depression can result in your teen feeling withdrawn, unmotivated, and hopeless resulting in problems in school, at home, and in their relationships. My goal is to help your teen work through negative thought patterns and feelings so they are able to enjoy each day.
